Some websites claim they can erase your penalty points by swapping your licence for another countries licence then swapping it back, is this possible? In a word, NO! You may have 10 points on your UK licence meaning if you get another 3-point speeding fine you will lose your licence as you have gone over 12 points. Some sites suggest you could change your driving licence for a Spanish one and their points get lost in the transfer. Meaning when you transfer back to a UK one the points are gone. This no longer works unfortunately as technology has progressed, different countries work closely together and share their data. Any site offering this service is just trying to defraud you. You cannot kid the system, it is too clever now!
What could happen
If you do buy one of these cards, yes you will receive a licence with no points on it, but they will still be on the police national database. Then if you attempt to drive on one of these licences you are going to get into serious trouble and possible render your car insurance invalid. In the UK, if this happens the police will seize your car and tow it to the local pound, charging you 150 quid a day storage and you will have to show the correct paperwork to get your car released. Could end up being an expensive day.
Long story short, if you want to drive a car you need to do you test. If you are getting close to your maximum points before getting banned, slow down!
